PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION THAT FOLLOWS.

Please note: Some shows will cast directly from the initial auditions.
So, even if your name does not appear on this list, you may still be cast in a production.
Cast list will be posted on the TIP website by April 18 by 10pm.

Callback Information

Check out the rehearsal/performance schedule BEFORE accepting your callback to determine if you have any performance or rehearsal conflicts.

Please accept or decline your callback for each show by notifying stage management (links below) by 5pm Monday April 13 2026
If you are unable to attend the callback, but are able to provide a video callback, please advise the stage manager.
Not all shows need a video callback. Stage management will let you know on a case by case basis.

To make sure you see responses from stage managers, please mark the email address as approved for your inbox to prevent emails from being filtered to somewhere other than your inbox.

Please complete a preference sheet by 10PM - Friday April 17, 2025

Preference sheet will only be referenced in casting if you are being considered for two equal roles in different shows.
Directing teams do not have access to this document, only TIP administration staff.

If you submit a form and need to make a correction, submit a new form.
The last form you submit will be the one used.
No changes can be made via phone or email.

When you complete your preference sheet, please rank all shows you are available for.

Hunchback of Notre Dame - Friday April 17 from 6pm-10pm

How to prepare for callbacks

1. Wear/bring something you can dance in.

2. Bring a copy of callback materials for each role you are called back for (links below). Copies of the packets will NOT be available at the actual callback.
