We can certainly use help at performances handing out programs and being a friendly, welcoming face to the thousands of patrons attending shows indoor and outdoor! It's really easy to volunteer, but there are a few things you should know.
If you're volunteering at TTIP outdoor:
You must be 14 years of age or older to volunteer.
You will receive one free Anytime Ticket for use during an outdoor show at the end of your shift each time you volunteer. You may use it right away or save it for another night.
Three volunteers are needed each evening to hand out programs.
A volunteer shift starts at 6:15pm and ends at 8:30pm.
Report to the box office by 6:15pm to pick up your volunteer vest
At the end of your shift, return your vest to the box office to receive your Anytime Ticket.
You can bring a bottle of water with you, but we ask that you leave all other personal belongings at home.
You may not put a blanket or lawn chairs down early as a volunteer.
If signing up more than one member of your family as a volunteer, please submit only one family member's name at a time in the form below. By submitting only one name at a time, this provides us with a more accurate accounting of how many volunteers have signed up for a given performance.
If you're volunteering at TTIP indoor at the Arts & Heritage Center:
You must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer.
We ask that you please arrive 45 minutes prior to show time.
Job duties may include: greeting patrons, ticket taking, showing guests to their seats and answering any questions, concessions sales.
You're free to watch the performance, but we do ask that you’re available to answer questions before, during, and after the show.
Please wear black slacks or a skirt with a black or white top.
So... now you have the details... let's get started...
