RAIN, RAIN... GO AWAY!
We sure hope it doesn't rain during one of our performances. BUT... if it does rain, not to worry... we’ll let you come back. We figure, you paid for an entire show... you should get to see one!
So... anytime a show gets rained out we will re-validate any ticket scanned on a rain-out night. You can reprint a soggy ticket at TICKET CENTRAL. If you purchased your ticket at the box office and did not provide your email or phone number, there isn't a way for us to look up your ticket. You will need to keep your soggy ticket. It will be revalidated automatically, but we cannot reprint it if you lose it. Of course, we hope you'll use it to see the same production... (you'll want to see how it all comes out in the end!), but we understand that schedules change so you can use your re-validated ticket for entrance into any performance of any show in our current OUTDOOR season.
However... please remember - no ticket refunds will be issued.
Here's a quick check list for reference...
If you purchased a RESERVED CHAIR...
You will receive an email message from the box office with instructions on how to choose a NEW reserved chair for the same production or any other production you would like to see. Once you choose an alternate night and reserved chair, you will be able to reprint your tickets from Ticket Central.
If you purchased RESERVED PARKING...
Sorry, but due to the limited number of spaces, reserved parking is not eligible for rain out passes.
Please note that the rain-out policy does not apply to Movie Nights.
