The Theatre in the Park Pavilion

The Pavilion at The Theatre in the Park is located adjacent to the Theatre and is the perfect venue for your next special event. This beautiful Pavilion, completed in the Summer of 2010, features a limestone fireplace, a fire pit, attached restrooms and ample parking.  It is the ideal setting for corporate events, family reunions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, parties, fundraising events, or any other event you can dream up.  The Pavilion has picnic table seating for up to 240 guests and you may bring additional seating to  accommodate up to 400 guests. Catering packages are also available through our JCPRD Picnic Program.  We can customize your rental package to fit your specific needs to make your event a great success!

 2013 Rates: (For events occurring in 2013)

Full Day, 6.00am - 12.00am*: $750 (Resident)/$825 (Non-resident)
Non-refundable Reservation Deposit (applied to total rental fee): $100
Refundable Damage Deposit: $250
(State, County, and City Governmental Agencies and Co-Sponsored Groups receive 50% discount on fees if reseved within 90 days of event date.)
(*Pavilion must be vacated by 8pm on Theatre Production dates.)
