Rainout Policy for The Theatre in the ParkRAIN, RAIN... GO AWAY!

We sure hope it doesn't rain during one of our performances. BUT... if it does rain, not to worry... we’ll let you come back. We figure, if you have been waiting your entire life to see the Von Trapps in THE SOUND OF MUSIC escape over those Alps... and it happens to rain 5 minutes before the end of the show... we don’t want to be a part of the devastation you would feel having not gotten to experience that LIFE LONG DREAM!!

So... anytime a show gets rained out... utilizing fancy modern technology, we will re-validate any ticket scanned on a rain-out night. If you purchased your ticket at our box office... YOU MUST KEEP YOUR TICKET! You will not be able to reprint your ticket! If you purchased your ticket on our website and you happen to lose it, you can visit Ticket Central at www.theatreinthepark.org/ticket-central to reprint your ticket. You can use your revalidated ticket for entrance into any performance of any show in our current season. Of course, we hope you'll use it to see the same production... you'll want to see how it all comes out in the end! However... please remember - no ticket refunds will be issued.

Here's a quick check list for reference...

If you purchased your ticket at the BOX OFFICE...
DO NOT discard your tickets... they will be your rain pass! Simply bring your tickets to any other performance of the same production or any other production in our season to gain entrance.

If you purchased your ticket online...
You may hold on to your ticket OR if you lose or discard your ticket, you may visit Ticket Central to reprint your ticket, and you can use it to gain entrance into any performance of any show in our current season.

If you purchased a RESERVED CHAIR...
You will receive an email message from the box office asking you to let us know what future show night you would like to attend.  Our box office staff will work with you to find the best seats available on the night you'd like to come back.  Once an alternate night has been selected, you will be able to reprint your tickets from Ticket Central.

If you purchased RESERVED PARKING...
Sorry, reserved parking is not eligible for rain out passes.

Please note that the rain-out policy does not apply to Movie Nights.
