SOMETHING NEW THIS SEASON...
EVERY Sunday (and ONLY Sundays!) for our entire season, we will open the box office and the gates to the Theatre bowl at 6pm to give our patrons the opportunity to spend some time in the park picnic-ing, frisbee-ing... or just relaxing! You'll still need a ticket to see the performance to get in the gates, but we thought it would be nice for everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy some summer fellowship and relax in our beautiful Theatre bowl. So, pack up a picnic and join us, won't you?! (Now don't just show up and drop off your blanket and then skeedattle... that's not fair! AND... you know how the breeze can be out there... it just might get blown away :) )
Please observe the areas designated for "Blankets Only", and please don't save a seating area larger than is necessary (An 8'x8' tarp is suggested) to accommodate your group. Ground-level-chairs (low seats or beach chairs that sit flat on the ground) are allowed in the blanket area. If you have questions on our seating policy, please consult the House Manager.

Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Theatre bowl.
Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the Theatre bowl. Please move outside the fence if you wish to smoke.
Please, no flash photography; it is VERY distracting to the cast and the audience.
Videotaping any performance is STRICTLY prohibited by our royalty contracts. Violating these royalty rights puts the Theatre in jeopardy regarding future productions.
Please turn your phones to silent mode before the performance begins.
Have fun with Frisbees, balls, toys, etc. in the areas beyond the main seating area. BUT... once the performance begins, please just have fun watching the show!
Alcohol is not allowed inside the bowl at The Theatre in the Park.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and soft drinks, or you can visit our concession stand for great food and snacks.
For safety reasons, please do not bring glass containers into the Theatre.
Only cast, crew and staff are allowed backstage. You can "meet & greet" the cast following the performance in the area next to the concession stand.
Basic first aid supplies are located in the concession stand.
Sunscreen and insect repellent are great things to bring along on your visit.
RAIN, RAIN... GO AWAY! While we sure hope it doesn't rain during one of our performances, if it does, and we cancel the show due to inclement weather anytime before intermission, all admission tickets scanned that night will be revalidated by our box office system. Because all sales are final, no ticket refunds will be issued.
If you purchased your ticket at the BOX OFFICE... do not discard your tickets... they will be your rain pass! Simply bring your tickets to any other performance of the same production or any other production in our season to gain entrance.
If you purchased your ticket online, you may hold on to your ticket OR visit Ticket Central to reprint your ticket, and you can use it again for entrance into any performance of any show in our current season.
EITHER WAY... of course, we hope you'll use it to see the same production... after all, you'll want to see how it all comes out in the end!
We really hope you enjoy your evening at The Theatre In The Park and that you'll tell all your friends. If you have questions or comments, please contact a member of our Theatre Staff.
