Rain-Out Policy At The Theatre In The Park

It is the policy of The Theatre in the Park to distribute rainout passes to attendees if the show is cancelled due to inclement weather within 45 minutes of the show start. These passes will be valid for entrance into any future show production in that current Theatre season. Rainout passes will not permit early entry.

If 45 minutes or more of the show is performed, no rainout passes will be given. In accordance with our policy, no ticket refunds will be issued.

Advance tickets are show and date specific. If that date is rained out at the 8:30 pm curtain time, you will be able to obtain a rainout guest pass on a future visit to The Theatre in the Park. Your original ticket may be exchanged at the box office, which opens at 7 pm on show nights. You must have your original ticket in order to receive the rainout pass for entry into The Theatre. Your original ticket cannot be refunded. Please note: if you decide not to use your ticket and the show is performed as scheduled, then your ticket will be null and void. ONLY rainout dates will be eligible for a pass to a future rainout performance during the same season.
